EXPLORE NATURE

Panama is blessed with biodiversity. Located on the resort is the start of our hiking trails, where you will have the chance to encounter howler monkeys and tropical birds. You can also explore the island via horseback. Our horseback riding tour involves a 5 minute boat ride to the stables, where you will embark on a 2hr journey through the jungle back to the resort. 

For marine enthusiasts, the reefs of Islas Secas are only 45 minutes away on our boat and is one of the best snorkeling spots in Panama. Here you can encounter eagle rays, mantas, reef sharks, pufferfish, eels, triggerfish, turtles, amongst many other species.

Island Hopping and Sunset Tours

Our island hopping tour starts only 20 minutes away, you will embark on a journey of discovery across the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Chiriquí to the unspoiled Isla Gamez or Bolanos, where the cool shade of swaying palms fan over white sandy beaches. The beaches are great for swimming, snorkeling, or just relaxing with a picnic lunch and refreshments.

Daily yoga classes are available with our resident teacher. Start or end your day meditating to the sounds of the waves lapping our shore at our yoga shala. Styles available: Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Meditation.
