Traveling to the Gulf of Chiriqui

For international travelers, the most common and fastest way to travel to Panama pacific’s fishing lodges, is to fly into from Panama City (PTY), then fly domestic to David (DAV). Two airlines—Copa Airlines and Air Panama—operate 4-5 flights a day, and private charter flights are also available.

Arriving in David (DAV)

Upon arrival at David Airport, our driver will meet you in the arrivals area holding a sign with your name. The journey from the airport to our pacific island lodge takes approximately one hour, which includes a scenic ground transfer (50min), followed by a short boat ride (15min) to our fishing lodge.

Getting to Panama Pacific fishing spots

The Gulf of Chiriqui on Panama’s Pacific side is home to some of the best fishing spots in Panama. Panama Nautical Club fishing lodge is located on Isla Boca Brava, which is closer to the fishing action versus mainland lodges. The closest inshore spot, Isla Parida is only 6 nautical miles away and legendary offshore spots Montuosa and Hannibal Bank only 40 and 48 nautical miles away.
