Costa Rica: Crocodile Bay

Fishing species:

Sailfish, striped, blue and black marlin, dorado, tuna, wahoo, roosterfish, cubera snapper, Jack Crevalle, bluefin trevally, sierra mackerel, tripletail, and grouper.

Boats and Equipment:

Crocodile Bay’s fleet of 40 boats, easily accessed from the resort’s 850-foot private pier, includes 24-foot center consoles, 27-foot offshore center consoles, 32-foot, and 33-foot tower boats, plus the 35-foot owner’s tower boat. There is a tackle shop that is fully stocked with all the necessary gear and equipment.

Accommodation:

All rooms at Crocodile Bay feature A/C, purified water dispensers, fishing gear racks, an observation deck, and queen-sized beds. Some rooms include optional jacuzzi tubs and a second room. There are also a number of private villas perfect for family and group vacations.

Minimum Stay:

3 nights or any number of fishing days.

Food and Drink:

Breakfast, à la carte lunch, and an all-you-can-eat nightly dinner buffet.

Non-Angling Activities and Options:

Panama: Selva Terra Private Island Resort

Fishing Species:

Bonefish in extraordinary numbers as well as several different species of trevally, milkfish, triggerfish, permit, and a host of other reef and flats species.

Boats and Equipment:

Fishing and access to the St. Francois Atoll are via the large transfer boat, St. Francois. Each day you will typically fish two anglers to a boat out of individual skiffs, depending on client preference. Alphonse does offer a full line-up of rods and reels available for client use, although it is recommended that you bring your own equipment.

Accommodation:

Private, stand-alone beach chalets, or in larger one-bedroom beach villas. All accommodations feature en-suite sunken baths, “open-air” outdoor deck showers, air conditioning, and direct access to the beach. Remote and secluded, Alphonse Island is considered one of the best luxury fishing lodges in Seychelles.

Minimum Stay:

The standard Alphonse Island package is seven (7) nights / six (6) fishing days.

European and Creole menu.
